Willow Bay (born December 28, 1963 in New York, New York) is the wife of Walt Disney Company CEO Robert Iger. She is currently hosting specials on Lifetime Television.

Career
Willow attended the all-girls Dominican Academy in NYC, and graduated from the prestigious Phillips Academy. She then attended the University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate. She gained her MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She was reputed to be romantically involved with the basketball player Larry Johnson when he played for the New York Knicks, and also with Alonzo Mourning.
She has two sons with her husband Robert Iger, the current CEO of the Walt Disney Company, whom she married in 1995.
